My background is deeply rooted in service. I served our country honorably as a US Marine, where I honed my leadership skills, decisiveness, and commitment to teamwork with the 1st marine division, VMA-513 attack squadron as an aviation electrician where I started learning electrical theory and practical application.

As a Journeyman electrician, I developed a deeper understanding of electrical energy, infrastructure, safety protocols, and project efficiency. With this experience I was appointed by the people I worked beside to represent us in the state legislature as a subject matter expert in electrical theory, construction and policy.

My experience as an energy policy expert allows me to navigate the complexities of the energy industry, building relationships with all stakeholders in the energy space. I was elected to serve on the East Wenatchee city council in 2017 and on which I still serve where I deepened my knowledge of budget writing and responsible budget management.

I live in East Wenatchee with my wife, Jennifer, and daughter, Haven.
